Abstract: Key findings »» Bidgee[PBR] and Djakal performed best at 45 plants/m2. »» N005A-80 and Snowy[PBR] performed best at 30 plants/m2. »» Severe lodging occurred in all varieties at the 60 plants/m2 sowing density. »» Snowy[PBR] has poor resistance to lodging, which was exacerbated at higher sowing densities.
