Gaagal Wanggaan (South Beach) National Park Draft Plan of Management

Abstract

This plan of management seeks to facilitate the exercise of native title rights and interests. It is adopted subject to native title. If this plan of management proposes any works, activities, or actions which would affect native title, the board of management will not carry out works or implement these actions or activities unless and until they are validated under the future acts regime in the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).
