Abstract: Key findings • Compass was significantly higher yielding than all other varieties in this experiment. • Increasing seeding rate from 75 to 150 seeds/m² and further to 300 seeds/m² increased grain yield of all varieties. • There was no effect of nitrogen (N) application on grain yield in this experiment.
