Abstract: Leard State Conservation Area covers 1,176 hectares and is located in the north-west plains region of NSW, approximately 40 kilometres south-east of Narrabri and 15 kilometres north of Boggabri. It was reserved as a state conservation area (Community Conservation Area Zone 3) on 1 December 2005.
