Abstract: Goobang National Park is located about 30 kilometres north-east of Parkes in the central west of New South Wales. It is 42,080 hectares in size and encompasses areas previously known as Wanda Wandong, Hervey and Bumberry State Forests and Curumbenya Nature Reserve.
