Title: Budawangs Walking and Camping Strategy
Authors: National Parks and Wildlife Service
Keywords: Parks reserves and protected areas
Issue Date: 2007
Abstract: The area known as the 'Budawangs' is located in the southern part of Morton National Park, west of the town of Ulladulla and south of the Braidwood Road. Most of the area lies within the declared Budawang Wilderness, which extends into the adjacent Budawang National Park. Wilderness declaration requires the area to be managed to protect its wilderness values, including its substantially unmodified state and provision of opportunities for solitude and self-reliant recreation.
