With Appendix, Suggested further exploration at Tomalla gold mine-
Auriferous quartz veins within fractures occur In altered dolerite at the Tomalla Gold Mine. Examination of two localities In the mine area indicated two different attitudes of the vein filled fractures. At one locality gold occurred in a quartz vein, dipping to the north east. The other locality consisted of an open cut and “declined” adit situated near the intersection of two auriferous veins dipping shallowly to the south east and south west. The veins are narrow and intermittent and gold values within them patchy and generally low.-
