dc.description.abstract | Essentially gold-arsenopyrite mineralization occurs as irregular pipes and lenses associated with greisen and pegmatite dykes in a Permian biotite granite boss. Proved ore reserves amount to 10,000 tons of about 15 per cent arsenic and 8-7 dwt gold. The possibility of additional arsenic/gold ore of economic grade should be tested by Induced Polarization techniques. | - |
dc.description.abstract | A reconnaissance induced polarization (I.P.) survey was conducted over the Valla Mine. Four I.P. lines were surveyed, anomalies being obtained on each line. | - |
