Abstract: Key findings • Transform®, Exirel®, Mainman®, and Success® Neo all showed potential for thrips control in cotton. • Success® Neo and Exirel® demonstrated higher efficacy than the other two insecticides. • Main thrips species in this experiment was tobacco or onion thrips (Thrips tabaci). • Western flower thrips (Franklinella occidentalis) was present at very low levels (<5%).
