This report is focused on outcomes and effectiveness of the Biodiversity Conservation Program, as per the requirements under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. The report has been informed by an independent 2016–2021 Program Evaluation, which synthesised program management data, the findings of three previous interim evaluations (2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19) conducted by external consultancies, one internal audit, two scientific reviews, a cost-benefit analysis (as part of the Program’s business case development in 2021) and additional data collected to satisfy the information needs of the evaluation.en
