The Continuing Professional Development Log (CPD-log) guideline describes how assessors should address continuing professional development (CPD) for their Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation. People renewing their accreditation must present their CPD-log in the template provided by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (the department). The goal of CPD is to promote the practice of key tasks of the BAM assessment. The department expects an assessor to develop their skills and experience in applying the BAM during each term of accreditation. The role of CPD in the Biodiversity Offsets Scheme (BOS) is to support continuous improvement in the application of the BAM by all participantsen
